Book

The Paleo Diet for Athletes: A Nutritional Formula for Peak Athletic Performance#6 this year, The Paleo Diet for Athletes, by Loren Cordain and Joe Friel.  I'm not giving up dairy or certain grains completely any time soon.  There are just too few things that I can eat already!  But this book had some interesting ideas about fueling before, during and after exercise.  I'm looking forward to trying out some of the theories.
